Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from generated leads.
Present and promote products/services using effective sales techniques.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure additional sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer inquiries.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
